All Bodies extends partnership with Brisbane East Netball

All Bodies will again be the allied health partner for nutrition and dietetics for the Brisbane East Netball region.

We asked owner, Hannah why it was important for All Bodies Services to partner with female sport.

“We  are passionate about working to fuel women’s sport as it is often overlooked and under-resourced. This means that women often turn to unqualified influencers or professionals for nutrition advice and which can have detrimental effects on their performance, physical health and relationship with food. We believe that we can have a significant impact on the future of women’s sport by teaching players how to fuel their body to perform their best. In turn, these women set a positive example for younger players and the culture begins to shift away from dieting and restriction to fuelling and performance.”

“We are excited to be assisting Brisbane East again this season as we loved working with such driven and dedicated women. We found that the girls last year were engaged and really applied what we were working on with them and we look forward to the opportunity to build on that again this season.”

Brisbane East Netball President, Deanne Hamilton said ” We are thrilled to have All Bodies back as part of the Brisbane East Netball community and Tiger family as Hannah and her team are genuine, invested and understand the needs of female athletes.”

All Bodies services have a few exciting projects in the works for 2022. They are always looking to improve their 1:1 coaching and have now invested in some software that will allow us to accurately analyse the micronutrient content of client’s diets. They are also working on some more education-based projects this year, such as regular webinars and courses. (Maybe even one specific to Netball.)
